Alina
Banasiak
Alina Banasiak: Italian with an international background, Alina has worked in marketing and communication for over twenty years at leading global companies that span a diversity of fields. (Nespresso, Moleskine, E.Bay). She has always been passionate about creating and repositioning brands, making new experiences that create emotional bonds with target audiences. She is a firm believer that events are a powerful communication tool: “The crux is to find the most creative solution imaginable. Seeing the marvel and wonder in guests’ eyes is the most rewarding part of it all for me – and it is also the best way to connect and create a relationship with your audience.”

“My secret for success? I am pragmatic, meticulous and sharp-witted. I face and conquer every challenge with the right approach and tone.” As a mother and wife, she enjoys seeing the tried-and-true transform into something that has never been seen before. She enjoys listening to people, making up stories and questioning the world around her, (even questions that may not have any answers, as long as they are questions that get your heart and mind revving). She appreciates the elegance of times gone by that persist in their timelessness, freshly cut flowers, the scent of books, 70’s jeans and camel-hued cashmere sweaters.
Alessandra
